Dr. Zaitz helps me with the control of my blood sugars and thyroid disease. She is beyond exceptional, very professional and listens my concerns.

She was very nice and was able to communicate effectively. I have more confidence going to Dr Zaitz.

Not only was Dr. Zaitz phenomenal, and not only did she explain everything and really listen to me, but her staff in the front office were all fully respectful, accommodating, understanding and informative. They are the first line and the place of healing, and they're really important.

And she stayed in the room, discussed everything with me, came up with a plan to help me out. And her and her staff are remarkable, very nice, kind. They listen to you. They don't rush you. I find Dr. Jennifer-Zaitz to be the best physician that I see as she understands my full medical situation, has been with me for 12 years at least and continually making recommendations to improve my quality of life and my medical condition. I really do appreciate her care and concern and I'm very glad to recommend her to any and all my friends who happen to have any issues with diabetes. They take there time with me and very respectful help me out with questions I have about my health they are super wonderful

I asked the doctor if all the information about my medical history I completed on line was received and placed in my medical record and the doctor said that her office does not receive this information that I supplied and it goes somewhere else. Why isn't the doctor able to review this information as it is important medical history regarding my health. The doctor stated that she has brought this to the attention of Hackenensack Meridian Health Care but it was never addressed. The questions took sometime in completing and I feel that it was all for nothing. Someone should follow up on this. I also have been in touch with your billing department to resolve an old claim. Medicare finally paid their part of the claim and I asked the billing dept. to submit the EOB to my supplement UHC As yet I was told by UHC that they did not receive it. I then made a copy of my EOB and submitted it to UHC this past week to their claims division so they can process the balance of the claim and sent it to your billing dept. I do not understand why I had to do all this in resolving this claim for payment! I hope that these matters I have enlightened your company about gets resolved promptly.

The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly, very easy to talk to. The process was very easy. The only thing I would suggest is a secure text messaging system, so that I could take a photo of my supplements and send them to the doctor for clarification on whether or not, they were safe.
