Doctor J. Patel and his personnel are all helpful, courteous and competent with my treatment.

This was a follow-up to an echocardiogram. Especially since it was a routine exam, and no abnormalities were detected, I feel this should have be a virtual/telephone meeting. This appointment was scheduled at the same time as my original "echo" appointment. This scheduling should have waited until after the exam. It was a total waste of my time and money!

I love the way he provides you with all the information you need. And he's very professional and also he got me to improve my heart and I totally appreciate it.

I was referred to another doctor by this doctor who really did not do a follow-up job on the procedure after it was installed. And that kind of disturbed me. And my doctor, my cardiac doctor was not aware of the problem.

What I like most with this is that I did not have to wait. The moment I got there, I was taken inside. I like the people, their personality, they're so friendly. I was recommended by my friend who doesn't have anything affiliated with the hospital. I was truly blessed to have such a wonderful experience. I would recommend the doctor is mature. A little bit trouble to get health test report through electronic processing. If possible it will convenient to all Seniors patients to get each report on paper by the provider. Every patient are not having skills to get report or any papers of health related matter through electronic process... Electronic means with the help of computer. All patients are not conversant with this process.

Staff and doctor were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

This has not been done so far even after repeated phone calls from my end and the Eye Surgeon. They have preparations to make. several such incidences have occured in the past as multiple calls and follow up required for refills.
